Nico began his civil career in Customer Success, quickly rising to Team Lead and propelling his team forward with a focus on service excellence and customer service automation projects.

His journey continued into the SaaS and AI Automation, where he served as Chief of Staff, mastering operations, processes, and leadership. Driven by a desire to create solutions on his own terms, Nico launched RELISYNC, a brand dedicated to building smarter processes, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients achieve sustainable growth.
